Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tiime (“Service”), operated by Arconic (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tiime is a time tracking, project management, and invoicing platform designed for freelancers, agencies, and small businesses. The Service allows users to track working hours, manage projects and clients, generate invoices, collaborate with team members, and export reports.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
The Service offers Free, Starter ($8/user/month), Professional ($16/user/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Use automated means to access the Service except through our published API.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including software, design, trademarks, and documentation) belong to Arconic. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the data you enter into the Service and for complying with applicable data protection regulations regarding your clients' and team members' information.
8. Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., ClickUp). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Use of integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Critical changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arconic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arconic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for export, after which it may be permanently deleted.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
